Where we ship
We currently ship to all addresses in Ireland.
Shipping rates
- Orders under €40: €4.90
- Orders of €40 or more: free delivery
Shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days from the moment your order is placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
Order tracking
As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of placing your order, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@verital.shop with your order number (and photos if the parcel is damaged). We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once the shipping cost has been paid again.
